By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

User Eligibility

Payment Terms

All payment transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Razorpay in addition to ours.

We do not store your payment information on our servers.

User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

System Availability

While we strive to ensure the platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Platform, including loss of data or payment processing failures beyond our control.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
