Refund Policy

We strive to provide reliable and seamless service through OneResi Platform. However, in the rare event of a system failure or unintended error that results in a failed or incorrect transaction, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • System errors resulting in failed transactions
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Payment made but service not rendered due to technical failure

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@oneresi.net with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Refund Method

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via Razorpay and will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • User-initiated cancellation with no system error
  • Service usage already completed or fulfilled
  • Disputes filed after the 7-day refund window
